Sludge Samplers

The sludge samplers take the sample with a container with unique bottom. They are sturdy samplers than others. The sampler is transparent and thus the depth of the liquid is easily notified. The sampler has the indications in foot and so the depth can be read easily. The sampler is made up of polypropylene and PVC. The top section is of one foot which is a rope handle, the next section is also of one foot and the last section has ball valve. This ball valve shuts off as soon as the sample is gathered. The normal length of the sampler is of 3x5 feet. The tape also is with this sampler which reads the length in terms of foot.

Soil Samplers

For having a proper nutrient management it is very necessary for sampling of the soil. There are many factors which affects the results of the soil sampling like depth of the sample, field history, time of the year and soil type.  The farmer will be helped to reap good harvest by soil sampling. It is better to use a sampling tube for collecting the sample. The container can be got from the lab. It is better to take at least 15 samples from different areas of the field. If the fields are not ploughed then it is better to take the sample from the top. If the field is ploughed then it has to be taken from the depth. 

All the Soil Samplers have to be collected into a clean bucket. The lumps of the soil have to be broken. The moisture in the soil has to dry for better testing.  If the soil has not dried then it is better to dry on a paper until it dries. If there is any manure or fertilizers nearby then it is better to get it away from the soil sample. The testing department needs a certain measure off soil and only that measurement can be taken and the other soil can be discarded. The remaining tabular column provided can be filled up according to the personal particulars. 

Oil Water Separator

Offshore oil industries use the oil water separator for knowing the amount of oil. The samples have to be collected in a certain depth of the water. This equipment helps in separating the water from the oil into separate components. This equipment is used on the board ships where in bilge water is separated before the water is discharged. Oil is given out when the machinery like diesel generators and air compressors are used in the ship. When such oils reach the oil separators there is alarm to alert the workers about the input. The main use of oil water separator is because the dirty water will reach the ocean which is harmful to the marine body and aquatic animals.
